We understand that organizations are facing talent shortages and increased workloads but the dynamic nature of most businesses forces them to be very nimble with regards to their talent acquisition strategies. Offshore & marine crewing is a talent acquisition and management service for oil & gas exploration and production , shipmanagement and marine transportation companies globally.
We assist our associates with the entire end to end on-boarding process for offshore & marine crew for on-shore and off-shore projects. We also manage the co-ordination between the associates as well as our clients during the mobilization period. Project lifecycle hiring is an end to end talent management service that spans the entire term of a company’s project and Advansa HR takes the responsibility of providing talent acquisition & management of team members based on the type and level of experience required during the progress of the project.

When a company wins a project it has to assemble a project team that can deliver the project on time and within cost. The project team often requires a varied set of expertise in terms of type & level of experience. 

We understand that putting such a team for companies is a challenging task for internal HR considering that most of the internal talent are already allocated to other projects and cannot be made available for new assignments.

Key advantage of working with one service provider for project lefecycle hiring is that the company do not spend time & efforts in managing and co-ordinating with multiple service providers.
